The Ladakh Marathon is certified by AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races).
The Event became a Full Member of AIMS effective 2015. This has put the Event and Ladakh as a destination on the Global Marathon calendar, enabling us to foster and promote distance running.
The course of Half Marathon, Marathon, 10.5km Run and the Khardung La Challenge has been measured by an AIMS/IAAF accredited course measurer.
